LASH EXTENSION PRODUCTS SHIPPING
Sinful Lashes processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
All lash extension product orders will typically ship within 24-48 Hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on US Holidays will ship the following business day.
U.S. LASH EXTENSION PRODUCTS SHIPPING:
Orders over $ 150.00 are free
Standard Shipping: $10 3-5 Business Days (shipments of eyelash extension products to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer)
INTERNATIONAL LASH EXTENSION PRODUCTS SHIPPING:
Shipping to International addresses including Australia, Canada and Mexico:
$20 Can take up to 10 days to arrive
Shipping to Japan: $35 Can take up to 20 Days to arrive
If you need a faster shipping method, please note that on your lash extensions product order and we will give you the best shipping cost based on your requested delivery method (overnight, 2 day and Saturday Delivery)
Customers have up to a maximum of 15 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Sinful Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. If you find or discover there are errors in your shipping address, please call our shipping department immediately 818-747-2110
In the unlikely event that any of our professional eyelash extension supplies become out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item.
Due to the sanitary nature of eyelash extensions and other cosmetic products, all sales are final. Exchanges are done on a case by case basis, but no items may be exchanged after 7 days of receipt.
In the case of defective adhesives, please contact customer service within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Beyond 7 days your product cannot be refunded.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items ordered are correct prior to check out. If after checkout you have discovered an error, you should immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the error so we can correct it prior to shipping. Shipment of your items will occur within 24-48 hours of order placement. If your items were shipped and you notified us of the error, you can return that unopened item for a replacement
EYELASH EXTENSIONS TRAINING COURSES
Training courses are non-refundable but can be transferred once (minimum one week in advance of course date) to another course on a later date.
